Ingredients:
- 2 cups yogurt
- ¾ cup almonds
- 1 tbsp pistachios
- 1 tbsp raisins
- 1 tbsp cashew
- 8-10 rose petals
- 2 green cardamoms
- 1 tsp fennel seeds/saunf
- 5-6 mint leaves
- 6 tbsp sugar
- 4-5 drops of kewda essence
- 2 tbsp fresh cream
- Crushed ice

Method:
- Soak the almonds in water for 3-4 hours, peel the skin and keep aside.
- Add sugar, fennel seeds, cardamoms, rose petals, almonds and other dry fruits in a grinder.
- Add mint leaves and grind them till they mix well.
- Add this mixture and crushed ice to the yogurt, blend till it becomes smooth.
- Pour into the glasses, add kewda essence and cream.
- Garnish with dry fruits and rose petals, serve chilled.
