How to make Badam Pista Kulfi

Ingredients:

  1. 1 liter milk
  2. 150 gms khoya/mawa, grated
  3. 1 cup sugar
  4. 6-7 saffron threads
  5. 2 tbsp almonds
  6. 2 tbsp pistachios

Method:

  1. Grind almonds and pistachios to make a coarse powder.
  2. Take a heavy vessel pan, pour the milk and bring to boil.
  3. Add saffron threads and simmer on low flame till the milk is reduced by half.
  4. Add almond-pistachios powder, simmer for 4-5 minutes.
  5. Turn off the flame, add grated khoya and sugar, mix well.
  6. Pour into kulfi moulds and place in refrigerator to set.
  7. Badam pista kulfi is ready to serve.
