Ingredients:
- Olive oil- 1 tbsp
- Feta cheese cubes- 1 cup
- Cos lettuce- a bunch
- Green capsicum(sliced)- 1
- onion- 1
- Cherry tomatoes- 10-12
- Cucumber- 1
- Dried oregano leaves- 1 tsp
- Black pepper powder- ½ tsp
- Lemon juice- 3 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Cut the cucumber into round slices and onion into rings.
- Shift all the vegetables and cheese in refrigerator for an hour.
- Mix black pepper, lemon juice, salt, olive oil and oregano leaves in a bowl.
- Pour this mixture over the salad and mix well.
- Greek salad is ready to serve.
