How to make pasta (diet)

Ingredients: 
  1. 2 cups - brown pasta
  2. 1 cup - cabbage, carrot, beans, capsicum, green peas, diced mushroom, each
  3. 1/2 cup - tomato puree 
  4. 1 - onion 
  5. 1 tbsp - ginger garlic paste 
  6. 1 tsp - pepper powder 
  7. green chilies as required
  8. salt, cumin seeds, oil as required
  9. fresh coriander and mint leaves
Method
  1. Cook pasta and drain it well.
  2. Pour little oil and add cumin seeds let it splutter.
  3. Add onion, once it turns transparent add ginger garlic paste and add tomato puree into it toss until the raw smell goes-off.
  4. Add all the vegetables, salt and chillies one by one and toss it well.
  5. Now its time to add the cooked pasta. Toss is to make the pasta mixed with the veg mixture.
  6. Garnish with coriander and mint leaves.
