How to make Salsa Beans Soup

Ingredients:



  1. Black beans/black grams- 1½ cups

  2. Extra virgin olive oil- 2 tbsp

  3. Chopped coriander- ¼ cup

  4. Minced garlic- ½ tsp

  5. Chilli powder- ½ tsp

  6. Salsa- ½ cup

  7. Water- 2 cup

  8. Salt to taste

  9. butter- 1 tsp


Method:



  1. Rinse, drain the beans.

  2. Heat oil in a wok, add minced garlic and fry for few seconds.

  3. Add all other ingredients(except water and coriander).

  4. Fry again for 2-3 minutes and add water.

  5. Cover the lid and Cook on slow flame for 5-6 minutes.

  6. Now blend half of the mixture and pour again into wok.

  7. Cover and again simmer both the mixture for 15 minutes.

  8. Spread coriander and serve hot with butter.
