How to make Mushroom Soup

Ingredients:



  1. 1 tbsp butter

  2. 2 cups mushrooms, fine chopped

  3. 1 onion, fine chopped

  4. 2 tbsp all purpose flour

  5. 1 cup milk

  6. ½ tsp black pepper powder

  7. Salt according to taste


Method:



  1. Melt butter in a non-stick pan.

  2. Add chopped onion and fry till it becomes light brown.

  3. Add all purpose flour and chopped mushrooms.

  4. Fry on slow flame for a couple of minutes.

  5. Add milk, stir continuously for a minute, cook till puree becomes smooth.

  6. Now add 3 cups of hot water, salt and black pepper powder.

  7. Cook for 4-5 minutes on slow flame, mushroom soup is ready to serve.
