How to make Vegetable Noodle Soup
Ingredients:
- Butter- 2 tbsp
- Green chillies( fine chopped)- 2
- Ginger( grated)- 1 tsp
- Garlic- 3-4 flakes
- Carrot(diced)- 1 cup
- Tomatoes(chopped)- 1 cup
- Broccoli(chopped)- 1 cup
- Beans(chopped)- 1 cup
- Capsicum (chopped)- 2 (medium)
- Noodles- 1 cup
- Black pepper- ½ tsp
- Salt according to taste
- Lemon juice- 1 tsp
- Fresh cream- 1 tbsp
- Grated cheese- 1 tbsp
- Water- 8 cups
Method:
- Heat butter in a pan, add green chillies, ginger and garlic.
- Fry for a minute, add all the chopped vegetables.
- Cover the lid, cook the vegetables in steam for 4-5 minutes.
- First boil 8 cups of water, then add this water to the vegetables.
- Boil the water with vegetables for 4-5 minutes, add noodles.
- Simmer until the noodles tender, turn off the flame.
- Add lemon juice, salt and black pepper, mix well.
- Garnish with grated cheese and fresh cream, serve hot.
